3. Wrinkling: it is the part of wrinkling we usually see. To achieve this effect, soak the pants in resin, press out the wrinkles with a high-pressure steam iron, and then put them into a high-temperature oven for molding. The soaking of resin is also complex. The soaking time is short, the effect is difficult to come out, and it is easy to fade after several times of washing. Soak for a long time, the fabric will be brittle, tear with hand, you can tear. Generally, the best way to judge whether the resin is soaked well is to tear or wrinkle the hem.
4. Zha Hua: Zha Hua is actually the irregular white line on the pants, which looks like lightning. To do this, the legs of the trousers are folded and tied with high elastic leather bands (and many substitutes), and then washed in the industrial washing machine. After washing several times, the exposed part will turn white. Thus there is an irregular white line.
5. Ground white: many jeans look like white or light color. The original color of the fabric is not white or light color. That is the result of artificial treatment. To achieve this light color effect, you need to rub the whole pants with sandpaper or special tools, and then spray with potassium permanganate. After washing out, it becomes a light color effect. If you open the back pocket or some hidden places, you can see the original color of pants fabric, because there is no brush and spray monkey.
6. Grinding: some strips are worn out with small electric tools. Some of the others are worn out. It's easier to cut them with a knife. Cutting and grinding are also very skillful. Others are made with tools. This is just an introduction.
